the rooms were well layed out and the staff at all times were excellent at there jobs
The value for money, excellent hotel for the price.Very comfortable bed!
No...missed the exit off the motorway though, tricky to locate, from either side!
Breakfast was good
Did not like the fact the extractor fan did not work in the bathroom at 10.30 pm we were offered an exchange of room by then my child was asleep and we had unpacked. Extortionate deposits of 50 euros and 20 euros to use childrens games room worst I have ever heard of. When I initially phoned reception to ask for more pillows and to query about the games room was told they had someone waiting at reception and they'd ring me back, felt this was rude to give preference to another customer . Hotel very busy and very noisy kept awake most of the night due to wedding being held there and people outside singing and shouting at 2.30 am no consideration given to other guests. Look forward to hearing from you on the above coments
Hotel Food -Restaurant good Airport transfer to Dublin goodoverall package great value ------------however
Distance from Dublin airport required free hotel transport which was execlent going but 1 hour late on return --not nice coming from 45 degrees in Egypt to a wet cold morning in Dublin Flights are known to hotel ,who say they respond appropriately although Food choice was excellent alas severely under staffing in the diner resulted in cold food not always delivered to correct table
I was attending a wedding, it was lovely but not wow. Like many other hotels I have attanded for weddings. It was clean, comfortable and the food was lovely.
Its not a wow hotel!! My room faced the road and it was loud, I thought a window was opened, when I first went in!! The water tasted awful even after boiling.
I attended a wedding reception at the hotel and booked a room on-line at short notice. Everything went as arranged, I liked the facilities that I used and also the design and layout of the hotel. The food was good, the location is quiet and I enjoyed my stay.
The bar prices seemed a bit steep. A double-Baileys cost nearly as much as breakfast - but that was probably the taxmans fault.
The location was very good because it was in a quiet area and near the Motorway to get off to where a person wishes to go. It is near the Northern & North/East of the country as well as Dublin Airport which I did not realise until I strayed there. However I did not find the directions to the hotel very good but this is easily corrected. It is a beautifully laid out hotel and the lady at Reception was extremely clear with her instructions and super friendly and welcoming.
Hotel was perfect in every possible way......the only little blip were the directions but that could be me too, however I suggest they be looked at again. I would stay here again and that says it all.
The service and food were excellent. The staff were most helpful and efficient and sent on my mobile charger, which I had left in my room.
The information about use of the shuttle bus is confusing and there is no clear information as to how to find the pick up point at Dublin Airport. Quite a few people at the airport didn't know either. I heard of some non english speakers who couldn't find the Hotel shuttle bus point and required rescuing by locals. Perhaps a mini map on the Hotel web site might work? Or perhaps shuttle bus rules and regs could be attached to booking confirmations.
The bar food was very good, we would have liked to walk more but the weather was pretty poor
the motor rally was a bit noisy early in the morning
We stayed here for a wedding. Everthing was excellent. Our bedroom was exceptional for the price we paid. I have never seen such a clean bathroom, we were like being the first people to use it. Would be lovely even to go for dinner and few drinks and stay for the night.
There was definately nothing to complain about
New hotel that offers excellent accommodation, good breakfast and great value park & ride facility to Dublin airport. Can't fault it. Excellent value.
Proximity to Drogheda, Quality of Draught Guinness in Bar, Room rates are relatively good value for money.
Food served cold, Tables in Bar area too small
The staff were very nice, friendly and polite. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Nice rooms and decor.
The breakfast is dreadful! Just don't waste your money, get a sandwich. Lots of noise during the night from after a wedding
It was a clean modern hotel and the rate was very competitive.
Very helpful friendly staff. The room was very comfortable which afforded a much needed long rest. The distant swish of the motorway was almost soothing and the view from the window of the sea in the distance was beautiful.
